Through a career spanning law, politics and business consulting, Rebecca Schuller has built a reputation for helping political leaders, organizations, and individuals better communicate with key audiences, particularly women.
Rebecca draws upon these diverse experiences in her role as executive director of Winning For Women. Under Rebecca’s stewardship, Winning For Women provides unparalleled resources that give voice to the deep network of Winning For Women members, and allow women leaders to excel.
Most recently, Rebecca helped launch and served as director of The Women’s Initiative, a project designed to help organizations better represent the political interests of Independent women voters, particularly in battleground states. The Women’s Initiative conducts political polling, research and targeted message testing to help clients understand and connect with this growing and influential voting block.
Rebecca’s career began on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant and communications aide to several members of Congress, and in the Massachusetts State House, where she served as Communications Director for the Republican minority leader. Rebecca then shifted venues from the Cloak Room to the courtroom, with over a decade of litigating complex commercial cases for Fortune 50 clients at top law firms such as Mintz Levin.
A graduate of Boston College and Georgetown University Law Center, Rebecca now lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two young children.
